I keep getting worse and worse at making time to post. I started work back up again on Monday and we started outpatient therapy on Tuesday so things are busy around our house. Kailyn and Rob both have a cold so that is not helping any.
Rob met with his outpatient physical therapist, occupational therapist, vocational rehab, and rehab psychologist all on Tuesday. Needless to say, it was a long day at Harborview. Everything went well and it looks like we will have about 6-8 weeks of outpatient therapy. We received some good news on the driving situation though. It looks like there is no course required so as soon as we buy a car for Rob and install hand contols, he will be driving again. Also, he is exploring his options for starting his business again just changing the direction that it is headed. We will let you know more details later. He is also looking forward to playing golf again. We have decided to purchase a Solo Rider Golf Cart, which has a haudraulic seat so that Rob can golf with his old clubs and old golf swing. It is pretty expensive so I think my dad is going to put on a golf tournament to raise some money and Dem is going to have another band concert. We will also update you on details for these events if you would like to participate.
We have been thinking of ideas for where and when to have a wedding but nothing has been decided as of yet. Kailyn has been very busy lately as she is cutting her 3rd tooth and trying to teach herself how to crawl. She looks like a fish flopping out of water at this point, but today she began to get herself into the correct position and puch backwards. Time to baby proof!!
We thank you for your continued support and prayers. Please feel free to email us if you would like to come visit or just say hi.
Love,
Heather
