For those of you that do not know yet, we are expecting Rob to come home on December 20. I have been busy getting the home modifications together as well as the organization of the move. We have been blessed by Chaffey homes, who graciously volunteered to do our bathroom remodel as well as putting in all hardwood floors. Everyone at Chaffey has been very helpful during this time and Rob and I both are extremely grateful.
Rehab is going good now that the medical problems are out of the way. We learned how to transfer to my car this week and how to wheel outside on Seattle's terrible sidewalks. We also went on our first outing to a Quad Rugby event, and let me tell you, those guys are intense. Rob met a bunch of the guys and found it very helpful to hear that things are going to get better by someone that has been through it.
I will let you guys know more as the week continues. I am at home with a sick little girl today. Please pray that she get well soon. I think that she may have picked up one of the many Harborview Bugs!
